Payment

To confirm your tour booking with Tolle Morocco Tours, a deposit of 20% of the total trip price is required. The deposit can be paid via PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, or bank wire transfer. Once your tour request is submitted, you will receive a payment link to complete the deposit.

The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Morocco in cash (Euros or US Dollars) or by credit card in Moroccan dirhams (a 3% processing fee applies). You may also pay the balance in advance via bank wire transfer or PayPal, subject to a 5% service fee.

• In case of emergency cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if you contact us at least 30 days before your arrival, the deposit may be applied to another tour date of your choice.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, and the deposit cannot be transferred to another tour.
• Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before arrival require payment of 50% of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made 2 days before arrival require full payment of the tour.
• The remaining balance can be paid via PayPal, credit card, or bank wire transfer.

Once we send you your customized tour program, we will clearly specify which services are included and which are not included in the tour price.
