Day 1: Welcome to Marrakech – Arrival & First Impressions
Welcome to Marrakech, the legendary Red City where tradition and modern life blend in perfect harmony. Upon arrival, enjoy a warm Moroccan welcome and a comfortable transfer to your hotel or riad. Depending on your arrival time, begin discovering the city’s vibrant atmosphere by strolling through the lively medina. Admire iconic landmarks such as the Koutoubia Mosque and experience the magic of Jemaa el-Fna Square, alive with storytellers, musicians, and colorful market stalls. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 2: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, set off on a spectacular journey through the High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Enjoy panoramic views of dramatic landscapes and traditional Berber villages. Visit the legendary Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its ancient architecture and cinematic history. In the afternoon, embark on a magical camel trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes as the sun sets, painting the sky in warm hues. Day 5: Merzouga – Nomad Life & Desert Discovery
Wake up to a breathtaking desert sunrise before spending the day discovering the hidden treasures of the Merzouga region. Enjoy the serenity of the Sahara and the vastness of its landscapes before returning to your accommodation for another peaceful desert night.
Day 6: Merzouga – Middle Atlas – Fes
Leave the desert behind and travel north toward the cultural capital of Morocco, Fes. Pass through changing landscapes, palm groves, and mountain scenery along the way. Upon arrival, settle into your riad and prepare to explore one of Morocco’s most historic and fascinating cities.
Day 7: Fes – Guided City Tour
Discover Fes with a knowledgeable local guide. Wander through its UNESCO-listed medina, one of the oldest and most authentic in the world. Visit highlights such as Al Quaraouiyine University, traditional tanneries, ancient madrasas, and vibrant souks. Immerse yourself in the city’s rich history, architecture, and lively atmosphere. Overnight in Fes.
Day 8: Fes – Chefchaouen
Travel through the scenic Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, the famous Blue City. Spend the day exploring its charming blue-washed streets, relaxed squares, and local markets. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views and the town’s peaceful ambiance. Overnight in Chefchaouen.
Day 9: Chefchaouen – Rabat – Casablanca – Marrakech
Depart Chefchaouen and head to Rabat, Morocco’s elegant capital. Visit key landmarks such as the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of the Udayas. Continue to Casablanca to admire the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, dramatically overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. In the evening, return to Marrakech for your final night.
